A History of Excellence Since 1981

Established in 1981 St Andrews Basketball Club is one of the oldest junior basketball clubs in Werribee with a long and proud history. Our exceptional organisation has set the gold standard for junior basketball clubs. The clubs attributes in terms of participation, enjoyment, personal growth and the provision of opportunities for all, ensure we are an inclusive, family orientated club. St Andrews Basketball Club is part of the Wyndham Basketball Association and plays and trains at Eagle Stadium in Werribee.

St Andrews Basketball Club’s mission is to provide a safe environment where local Wyndham children and their families can learn the fundamental skills of our game, have the opportunity to participate in a fun, competitive environment and learn about teamwork and sportsmanship, in an affordable way.

Opportunity for all

We endeavour to provide opportunities for all ages and genders to continually develop their skills, learn discipline, resilience & respect and develop a life-long love for the game, all whilst having fun and making new friends!

Warm Welcome

We warmly welcome parents and family members as part of our community and offer opportunities for them to volunteer with our club, through coaching, team managing & as committee members. We endeavour to provide a program of on-going learning opportunities for our coaching staff, to assist with the development of their coaching skills and therefore in-turn to assist with the development of our young players.
